Due to the unwavering efforts of Governor Paterson and New York's Congressional Delegation, the State received a historic $432 million in economic recovery funds for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF)1. This funding, which is the largest grant in EPA history, was awarded to the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), and will be administered by the NYS Environmental Facilities Corporation.
