EFC provides applicants with SRF projects that are eligible for ARRA funds with principal forgiveness on the amount borrowed.  Of these projects, EFC will provide additional ARRA funds in the form of grants for the component of the project that incorporates green infrastructure, energy efficiency, water efficiency, and/or environmentally innovative approaches to water quality problems.
