The Intended Use Plan or IUP provides critical information related to the funds available for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and the use of those funds. Each project for which CWSRF financing is desired must be scored, ranked, and listed on the IUP to be considered for CWSRF financing.
