2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act

In 2009, New York State received a historic $432 million in economic recovery funds for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF).
This funding, which is the largest grant in EPA history, was awarded to the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), and was administered by the NYS Environmental Facilities Corporation.
